Villa Cascais Art is a sophisticated and stylish property that showcases the owners love of vintage and modern art pieces, all mixed up together in spacious and open interiors, making it a beautiful and contemporary holiday home away from home.

Polished cement, slate tiles and wood-panelled floors combine beautifully with glass French windows all around bringing the outdoors in, so the villa is full of natural light. The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and air-conditioning is provided throughout. There is a very spacious L-shaped living room/library, a separate TV room and each of the 7 bedrooms has been individually furnished. A covered terrace overlooking the lawn and the 9-metre-long swimming pool provides a relaxing space for enjoying a sundowner or a good holiday read; there is also an outdoor dining area set within the 2,000 sq metres private garden.

Villa Cascais Art is located in a quiet, residential neighbourhood of Cascais on the Lisbon Riviera and there is plenty to do in the area in terms of leisure, sports and culture. The property is just a few minutes drive from scenic Guincho beach, Cascais centre and its Marina, and the largest Casino in Europe at Estoril. Sintra’s historic centre is 15 kms away. There is a wide choice of restaurants to choose from, but fish and seafood lovers especially will be delighted with the regional offer. Lisbon city centre just half-hour away, and is a must visit.

WARNING NOTES: Due to some low terrace drops, glass walls and French windows, as well as the owner’s art collection, young children must be supervised.

Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
Security deposit of €3,000 to be paid in advance of rental – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
