Luxury Vineyard Villa with its charming swimming pool is set within a gently undulating vineyard located on a peaceful and private Algarve location, with excellent facilities nearby including extensive sandy beaches a few kms away and 15 minutes from Faro international airport.

The property has been converted from an original Algarvian home to which an industrial style extension has been added – iron-framed floor-to-ceiling glass windows, hardwood floors and masses of natural light, complete the elegant and stylish atmosphere of this luxury holiday villa.

An ideal villa for family holidays, the property will accommodate up to 10 adults plus 2 children, and is all on one level with 6 en-suite bedrooms including a children’s room. The spacious chef’s kitchen opens onto the more modern part of the property: a huge open-plan area incorporating the dining room, a TV lounging area and the very comfortable and spacious sitting room, all surrounded by glass windows looking out onto the carefully kept grounds and lawn garden, outdoor decked terrace with a fire pit and a children’s playground. 

Nestling in the centre of the vineyard, the circular swimming pool is located approx 150 metres from the villa.

  • Stepping out from the living room one finds oneself on a hardwood decked terrace with a seating area with tables and chairs plus a fire pit
  • Bed linen & bathroom towels included in the rental & changed mid-week as well as at the end-of-week for longer stays
  • The master suite has a double bed size 180x200cm & benefits from its own private TV; all the other bedrooms can be made into twins (90x200cm each) or double beds (180x200cm); the children’s suite has 3 single beds (80x190cm each)

  • No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
  • Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
  • Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
  • Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental
  • Security deposit of €500 to be paid in advance of rental; in exceptional cases & when pre-arranged, the security deposit can be paid at the property – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
