Spacious and spread out, Casa do Limoeiro offers the ideal setting for family holidays or friends get-togethers, located just a short walk or cycle to both Pego and Carvalhal beaches. 

This modern thatched Comporta villa comprises 300 sq metres of luxury accommodation with wood-beamed ceilings and ceramic tiled floors opening onto wonderful terraces all around, designed for outdoor living. It offers 5-bedroom suites, two of which located in a separate poolside annex, as well as a sofa bed in the mezzanine/TV room. Decked pathways which are flood lit at night snake around the grounds and connect all the different areas of the property. Both the villa and the long-heated swimming pool face west towards the setting sun with a roof terrace providing the perfect spot for sundowners. 

Casa do Limoeiro is very well equipped and includes air conditioning/heating. There is mosquito netting on all the windows and all the bedrooms have electric black-out blinds. Wi-Fi is available throughout and there is a widescreen smart TV in the living room.  The villa sits atop sandy dunes planted with fruit trees and indigenous flowers and shrubs; whilst the 2,600 sq metres of private grounds form part of an exclusive condominium and is surrounded by similar properties.

You can learn to surf locally with “Surf in Comporta” or go horse riding at “Cavalos na Areia”. Comporta village with its hippy-chic shops and a wider range of restaurants is located 11 kms drive away.

The villas has a mezzanine floor and well as some garden drops (but onto sandy dunes), so young children need to be supervised.

2025 RENTAL PRICES ON REQUEST

  • Minimum 1-week rentals apply with Saturday changeovers referred between 15 June – 15 September; flexible other periods
  • Check-in after 16:00 hours & check-out before 10:00 hours
  • No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
  • Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
  • Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
  • Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
  • Security deposit of €4,000 to be paid in advance of rental – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
