2025 RENTAL PRICES IN EUROS

1 July – 31 August (minimum 7 nights rental):

6 Guests @ €4,400 p/week

1 April – 30 June & 1 September – 31 October & 16 December – 2 January 2025 (minimum 3 nights rental):

6 Guests @ €4,180 p/week or €456,50 p/night

3 January – 31 March & 1 November – 15 December (minimum 3 nights rental):

6 Guests @ €3,405 p/week or €412 p/night

2 Extra guests can be accommodated on request (sleeping on a sofa bed & fold-out bed):

Supplement of €412 p/person p/week or €50 p/person p/night, paid locally

• Minimum 7-nights rental applies during July & August with Saturday changeovers preferred; minimum 3-night rentals accepted other periods
• Check-in after 16:00 hours; check-out before 11:00 hours
• No parties for more than full capacity, no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
• Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season; no credit cards accepted locally, only cash
• Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
• Rental balance due 6 weeks prior to start date of rental, not refundable after this date
• Security deposit of €250 to be handed in at the property – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
