• Whist the villa accommodates a maximum of 20 guests split over 10 bedrooms, it is possible to have 10 extra children (aged 2-12 years old), sleeping on a child bed (not available for adults); a supplement of €350 per child per week applies, paid in advance

• Chef services available: set menus vary between €75-€100 p/person with food & preparation included, alternatively the chef & assistant can be booked @ €100 p/hour with food items extra at cost; bartender/butler @ €40 p/hour; kitchen cleaning & dishwasher service @ €40 p/hour for a minimum of 3 hours, paid locally

• Minimum stay of 7 nights on a Saturday to Saturday basis applies all year round
• Check-in after 16:00 hours with local representative welcome; check-out before 10:00 hours
• No parties for more than full capacity (or weddings of any size), no pets & strictly no smoking indoors (penalty equal to security deposit)
• Extra services are subject to availability and should be booked well in advance especially in high season
• Non-refundable rental deposit of 30% required to reserve the property
• Rental balance due 6 months prior to start date of rental, non-refundable after this date
• Security deposit of €1,000 to be paid in advance of rental – this amount minus any applicable charges is refundable at the end of the holiday
