The villa is available to rent for 6 -12 guests. It has a beautiful garden mostly laid to lawn and with pines trees providing plenty of shade, enclosed by a natural stonewall ensuring total privacy.
Within the grounds there is a built-in barbeque area, outdoor gym, table tennis and table football, a championship tennis court and pool (with heating on request), as well as 6 bicycles available for guests to use.

Douro Villa I and Douro Villa II are located in the heart of the Douro Valley.
Next door to each other, these modern villas can be rented for two parties wanting to travel together (benefitting from a special discount), yet retain some degree of independence. They accommodate 6+3 guests and 8+3 guests respectively. Striking Douro I Villa has a chill-out terrace designed to maximize the views; whilst the beautifully converted village schoolhouse Douro Villa II has a swimming pool with an electric cover, which can be heated. As well as being close to the fabulous south-west coast of Portugal, other must-visit local attractions include the castle town of Silves 18 kms away; the Monchique mountains 26 kms away; plus Sagres and the Cape St. Vincent at 53 kms distance.
Lavandula I & Lanvadula II are located within walking or cycling distance to the beaches of Pego and Carvalhal in Comporta.
Right next door to each other, multi-generational families can rent these two beach-chic luxury properties together for 10 and 8 guests. These cabana style villas have thatched roofs and chilled indoor-outdoor relaxed living spaces, each featuring its own heated swimming pool and sundeck looking onto quiet rural fields.

Casa da Infanta and Casa da Praia are positioned just above Praia Grande in Ferragudo, West Algarve.
Located on the same estate, these two beach villas can be rented independently or together for 19 and 6+2 guests. Each is secluded by pinewoods and has direct beach access (a short walk away). You can also walk along the beach to the charming waterside village of Ferragudo, a gem of the Algarve coast, hosting a number of quayside fresh fish and seafood restaurants.
A charming older property, Casa da Infanta is particularly suitable for large family holidays and sits perched on a cliff edge, benefitting from 180º coastal and mountain views. It has a total of 9 bedrooms including a triple room for children, with the accommodation spread over three floors serviced by a lift. Air conditioning is fitted in most bedrooms. It also has great terraces all around, ideal for sundowners and outdoor meals. The swimming pool can be heated on request.
Casa da Praia is a smaller modern villa with 3 bedrooms. It is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and the swimming pool can be heated on request. From its terraces, you can enjoy tranquil views of yachts and fishing boats peacefully passing by.
